The next pulic meeting of CAIA will be held on Saturday Februrary 9th, at 5:00 pm at the North York Civic Centre, Room #2. Talks will be given by two members of Certified General Accountant (CGA), with years of experience in Canadian tax laws.
Topic of the lectures:
- Financial processes for individuals and companies that are active in construction industry relating to GST , Corporation Tax and Capital Gain.
- Tax laws concerning business transfers and termination.

جلسه عمومی انجمن حسابداران ایرانی – کانادایی در روز شنبه اول دسامبر راس ساعت 6:30 در سالن شماره 2 کتابخانه نورت یورک (North York Library) برگزار می گردد.
موضوع جلسه :مالیات و حسابرسی مالیاتی (Canadian Income Act, GST & Auditing)
در این جلسه دو تن از حسابداران خبره CGA) با سال ها تجربه در زمینه قوانین مالیاتی و حسابرسی امور مالیاتی درخصوص مسائل زیر سخنرانی خواهند داشت:
- روش های مختلف حسابرسی و چگونگی بررسی و تجدید نظر

CGA is going to change its program starting September 2006. Changes will not affect current students and will be implemented for new students entering the program in the 2006/2007 academic year.
In summary, current students only need to write one final examination—PA1.
By the new certification program the Association requires PA1 as well as a comprehensive exam that encompasses a strategic financial leadership course.
